Tenant’s Choice is not just a name but a true belief that our tenants are our company’s greatest asset. Through our experience we have found we can’t find great tenants without well maintained homes. In order to do that it does require uur help in reporting issues and scheduling contractors.t

 

We truly value our tenant’s business and strive to make their interaction and experience with the Tenant’s Choice team as positive and efficient as possible. In order for us all to work as a team to keep properties well maintained and tenants happy, here are a few important resources that can help you when it comes to filing maintenance requests and paying rent.

Need to pay rent or fill in a maintenance request?

RENTAL PAYMENTS

All major credit cards are accepted online.

The following fees apply:

  • Charges $0.01 –$900 will incur a $17 fee
  • Charges $900 – $1,250 will incur a $27 fee
  • Charges $1,250 – $3,000 will incur a $37 fee

You may also make online payments via E-Check/ACH. No fees apply.

Electronic Cash (E-Cash) is also a rental payment option.

  • If you do not already have a pay slip provided by the office for this payment option you may email tenantschoicedenver@gmail.com to request one. There is a $3.99 fee and a maximum $1,500 may be paid per transaction.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Maintenance issues are a pain, but our process for fixing them is not.

  • Are you able to fix the issue yourself? Let us know you’d like to handle it yourself.
  • If you are not able to complete the job yourself refer to the Preferred Vendor List provided to you either at your lease up or in you new tenant welcome packet.

Submit online maintenance request through the tenant portal.

Remember, we only pay for functional repairs. Cosmetic and appliance issues are the responsibility of the tenant and will not be reimbursed.
